Robbery 2nd Arrest (WDMPD Case 17-1286)

On Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 8:00 AM, West Des Moines Police were sent to the Jordan Creek Hy-Vee on a report of a robbery.
Officers met with the adult female victim who said she was walking into Hy-Vee with her wallet in her hand when she was approached by a female who was seeking directions. While the victim was providing directions the female grabbed the wallet from the victims hand and ran away. The female got into a pickup truck driven by a male which fled the area.
Urbandale Police located the vehicle which refused to stop and a pursuit occurred. The pursuit traveled southbound on I-35 and then eastbound on I-235. The vehicle exited at 31st St in Des Moines where it struck a fence and the occupants continued to flee on foot but were quickly located and taken into custody.
It was determined the pickup truck driven by the suspects was stolen out of Kirksville, Missouri and the Iowa license plates it was displaying were recently stolen from Fairfield, Iowa.
The two suspects involved were identified and charged with the following:
Justin Marshall of Panama City Beach, Florida (32 years old)
-Eluding and interference with official acts (Urbandale Police Case 17-0683)
Allison Hunter of Hopkinsville, Kentucky (29 Years old)
-Interference with official acts (Urbandale Police Case 17-0683)
