This is the beverage policy adopted by the Parks and Recreation department for standard use of the Jamie Hurd Amphitheater. Rental events may choose to adopt different policies. Please see specific event information for details

Water and Non-alcoholic beverages

There is no water fountain at the Jamie Hurd Amphitheater. When food vendors are present, they are asked to offer non-alcoholic beverages for sale. Visitors are welcome to bring their own water and other non-alcoholic beverages.

Alcoholic beverages

At most events, visitors may bring beer, wine, and canned cocktails, provided it is in cans no larger than sixteen ounces. No glass bottles are allowed. Hard liquor is not allowed.
