The City of West Des Moines is committed to creating an environment that fosters growth and development of small businesses and entrepreneurial enterprises. Statistically, it has been shown that between 70-80% of all new job growth comes from existing small businesses in the community. For that reason and more, the City feels that the future growth and development of West Des Moines is dependent on creating an environment where small business can thrive.
