Now that YourGOV, our online and mobile service desk, has been discontinued, we hope you'll enjoy using SeeClickFix!

Simply use the SeeClickFix app below to request assistance with City services or report non-emergency issues to the City, such as potholes, graffiti, broken sidewalks, storm drain issues, traffic signal/sign problems, code violations, etc. SeeClickFix may be used via the Web or your mobile phone.

The City will acknowledge newly submitted issues and forward them to the appropriate City departments to take care of the request. You will receive email updates and can come back here to check the status of submitted issues. When the issue is resolved, the case can be closed. Separate issues should be submitted as separate SeeClickFix reports.

Note: Please make sure that the address you are providing is the location of the issue being reported. 

Law enforcement issues (illegal parking or other activities) need to be reported directly to the Police Department by calling 515-222-3321 (for non-emergencies) or 911 (for emergencies).
