Women's Self Defense - RAD is Rape Aggression Defense, a nationwide program with certified instructors. This class is a Women's only self-defense comprehensive course that focuses on awareness, prevention, and the basics of hands-on self-defense.

Our course is taught by law enforcement officers that are certified RAD instructors. The techniques are simple but effective. This class teaches basic self-defense and empowers women to feel more confident and prepared. The class is suitable for women of all abilities and ages 13+.

The class structure is 12 hours broken up into 4 nights, 3 hours per night.

The cost of the course is $25.00. This includes free attendance to future RAD programs for refresher training.
